There are many ways in which schools and groups can run fundraisers when EAA runs an emergency appeal. Please check out the options below.
School Fundraising
Gold Coin Mufty Day
An engaging way to raise funds. Find some tips on running your mufty day here. Transfer your funds using the EAA appeal donation form or contact us for bank details!
Crazy Hat Day
Give kids a creative challenge to come to school wearing a crazy hat of their choice – ideally something they make at home! A simple gold coin donation is all it takes.
Art Auction
Have the children create an art work relating to the country of the disaster and put them up for auction on the school group Facebook or Instagram page. How -to guide here. Parents will love bidding for their own child’s work of art!

GoFundMe Fundraiser
GoFundMe is an easy to use platform for running your own fundraiser, your way. Emergency Action Alliance is a registered charity with GoFundMe so it’s easy to get started with your fundraisers
How to remit funds
You can send your team fundraiser funds via direct debit, cheque or money order. Please ensure the cheque or money order is made out to Emergency Action Alliance. Please do not include the appeal name on the cheque as the bank will not accept it.
