Emergency Action Alliance welcomes Cameron Curtis as Independent Director to the EAA Board
Emergency Action Alliance has today announced the appointment of Cameron Curtis as its second independent board member. The appointment became effective on 22nd May 2024.
Cam brings to the board a wealth of experience in the advertising, media and tech industries in Australia and globally. Cameron has deep and broad experience in commercial strategy, digital marketing and media, business development and strategic partnerships, having initiated and implemented commercial projects of significance throughout his career.
EAA Board Chair Matthew Maury said Cam brings a wealth of invaluable experience and skills to the organisation during a rapid growth period.
“I am delighted to welcome Cam Curtis to the Emergency Action Alliance board as one of our Independent Directors. Cam will be a tremendous addition to the governance of the EAA and we are particularly impressed by Cam’s background and achievements across media and digital industries.” he said.

Cam Curtis said he was delighted at the opportunity to join the EAA board.
“It is an absolute honour to join the EAA board as its second independent director. With media and digital being so crucial to EAA I am excited to help EAA rapidly surge in its popularity with the Australian public, so we can raise more money collectively for victims of disasters around the world,”
Cam said. “I am looking forward to working with the board and the EAA team to contribute to raising awareness and much needed funds for the people and communities affected by the devastating effects of emergencies.”
