Emergency Action Alliance has developed this Complaints Policy as part of our commitment to accountability, transparency and donor care.

When you make a complaint, we will assess it to understand the nature and severity of the complaint and to understand what your expectations are. We will then let you know what our next steps will be and an estimated time frame.
We will respect your request for confidentiality and any preferences you have for the treatment of your complaint.
Any complaints that we receive will be used to help us improve our ways of working so that we ensure we are continuously improving.
Emergency Action Alliance is a member of the Fundraising Institute of Australia (FIA) and is committed to the highest standards in fundraising practice. If your complaint is to do with fundraising and you feel that it has not been resolved satisfactorily by us, then the FIA can investigate your complaint.
