Our promise to donors

We will let you know by email how your donation is being spent.

We will respect your stated contact preferences.

We will be open and transparent and tell you the facts without exaggeration. We will try not to show images or words that cause unnecessary offence.

We respect your privacy and comply with the Australian Privacy Principles. We won’t share your personal information with anyone else. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

We will let you know when we launch future emergency appeals.

We will answer your questions as best we can,and will endeavour to find the answer if we are unsure. Please email us at help@emergencyaction.org.au

Your donations will be used to only fund emergency relief.  A very small portion of your donation will cover the costs of running our emergency appeal. This will be no more than 10% of your donation.  Funds are not used to promote a particular religious adherence or to support a particular party, candidate or organisation affiliated to a political party.
